  1. My wife is fighting PCOS and I figure it is high time to assist her. I do all the cooking and am struggling to keep things different but stay within her guidelines for PCOS acceptable foods. Can you point me in the right direction? Also do you have any experience baking with Stevia as my wife has a sweet tooth and I just read that I can cook with it but have not done so far.

I would start with seeing what her doctor has recommended on dietary guidelines. For me personally my doctor recommended a gluten free, low carb diet and that works for me. I find most of my recipes on pinterest searching for gluten free, paleo, pcos diet, and low carb dinner ideas. I eat a lot of zucchini noodle dishes, stir fry veggies and chicken, chicken and vegetables, and low glycemic foods. I hope my suggestions help.
